Schedules are created based on the needs of the business, whether you're working a private event or in the Hollister Cafe.
Your presence is important, and your teammates depend on you!
SICK DAYS
We understand things happen, and sometimes you won't be feeling your best.
Crew members are given 5 sick days a year (40 hours) - time is accrued based on hours worked and is available for you to use after 90 days of employment.
We ask that you give a minimum of 2 hours notice when calling out sick for your shift.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
are considered your resignation, and will result in immediate separation from the company.
LATE FOR SHIFT
Crew members are expected to arrive on time, and ready to work at their scheduled shift start time.
This means hands washed, hair done and uniform on!
There is a 6 minute grace period for late arrivals.
You will be paid at the time you clock in, not the time your scheduled shift starts.
Please call or text as soon as possible if you are going to be late!
1 late arrival past the 6 minute mark will be a verbal warning.
2nd and 3rd late arrivals past the 6 minute mark will result in a write up.
4th late arrival past the 6 minute mark will result in a 1 week suspension without pay.
5th late arrival past the 6 minute mark will result in termination of employment.
SCHEDULED TIME OFF
Time off requests should be put in the Sling app at least 2 weeks prior to the requested day off to ensure coverage.
You can also trade a shift with a coworker.
