Uniform requirements
Name tag (company provided)
any Mmm Churros! branded tshirt or polo (company provided)
yes, your Cali Roots staff shirts you received are ok!Black work pants (such as Dickies) held up at the waist by a belt
non-slip, closed toed shoes
optional : Mmm Churros! branded apron (company provided)
optional: Mmm Churros! branded hat
optional: Mmm Churros! branded jacket or hoodie
grooming and personal hygiene
Crew members are expected to practice good personal hygiene as we work with food and our customer safety is our #1 priority.
This includes:
Showering daily
Hair should be pulled back and out of the face
(hairnets provided as requested)Fingernails should be cleaned at appropriate working length
No heavy perfumes or colognes while on shift
(to prevent allergy flair ups to both coworkers and customers)Facial hair should be groomed and kept clean (those with long beards will be required to wear a beard net)
Tattoos and piercings are ok! But please keep them clean and wrapped if new
Body odor should be kept under control
