Before you get started, there's some paperwork we need to take care of.
You can print and bring with you on your first day or upload them to the folder below with your name on it.
(Employee folders are only available to the email address you provided on your application and are not accessible to anyone else.)
If you need help, please reach out to your supervisor and we will do our best to help you out.
Supervisors or the owners are not able to advise you on tax related documents, please refer to a tax professional for help with those docs.
If you don't have access to a printer or scanner, please let us know and we will assist you in getting your documents uploaded!

You can print and fill out a work permit form here.
Once it is filled out, bring it to your supervisor for signing & then take it to your school office.
Hollister HS students can click the link below, the form will be automatically sent to us once you complete your portion and then automatically sent to your school. Once it is approved, you will receive a copy via email and we will also. There is no need to print and bring us a copy.
We will need a completed work permit before you're able to start working.
You can access the documents you've filled out by finding your name below, and clicking on the Google Drive link.
Information provided is secure, and can only be accessed by you (permission is only granted to the email address you provided)
Please note - if you aren't able to access your file you will need to create a Google account. You can create a Google account using your existing email address, even if you don't have a gmail account.
